Last week was a good week.
I basically stuck to my diet. Mostly. There were no binges, nothing in excess. I worked out regularly and increased my overall intensity.
Every day I ran between 1 1/2 and 2 miles, cycled, core trained. Even on off days I dusted off my bike and road for a couple hours just for variety.
I feel stronger. Which is a good sign.
I'm not going to post a weight this morning. But I will next week. With measurements.
Right now? I'm going to hit the gym.
